These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Joker Wild Court ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the Joker Wild Court mobile application and related materials (collectively, the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is a casual, fictional, theatrical harlequin collection game. No real money. No real-money gambling. No wagering. No cash prizes. The Card Fan is a daily archetype-pick presented as a fanned hand of illustrated harlequin cards; it is not a poker hand, not a roulette, not a betting surface. The Triple Trick is three cells reshuffling comedy props in place; it is not a slot reel. The MC lines are read-only decorative atmosphere. All artwork is AI-generated. The jester-protagonist, troupe personas, and Wild Five legendaries are fictional theatrical compositions. The Service does not include in-app purchases.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). By using the Service you represent that you meet that requirement and have the legal authority to accept these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Service on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to:
Game state created within the Service (your troupe collection, your Wild Five progress, your streak, your rank, your Joke Book entries) is stored locally on your device. We do not access, transmit, or back up that content. You are solely responsible for backing up your own data.
The Service, including its visual identity, AI-generated jester artwork, decorative harlequin-diamond motifs, Joke Book text, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights. The archetypes referenced (Pranksters, Clowns, Mimes, Magicians, Tricksters) are drawn from broadly known performance traditions, but their specific visual treatment, lore text, and game mechanics in this Service are our own creative expression.
The Service may rely on third-party services (e.g., Google Play Services, AppsFlyer, OneSignal). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MC lines, Joke Book entries, and lore text are offered for atmospheric and entertainment purposes only; they are not historical, biographical, or scholarly statements about real performers or institutions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joker Wild Court shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or where required by applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
